During DreamHack there are always a lot of high definition streams available to get the full DreamHack experience out in to the world. Not just a few streams, but 21 streams in total showed you everything from what was happening on the Main Stage of DreamHack Winter 2011 to each and every game played in competition. Games like StarCraft II, Quake Live, CounterStrike 1.6, Dota2, Heroes of Newerth, League of Legends and many others were available live and in HD Quality for the people at home to enjoy.

And after breaking three other records this Winter, DreamHack just announced to have broken another one: Total Unique Stream viewers!

With 1.673.270 total unique viewers that viewed the streams a total of 6.755.728 times DreamHack Winter broke their own records. At the peak a total of 94.932 people were watching the streams at the comfort of their own home!

Twitch.TV and DreamHack expect these records to be broken once again during Summer 2012. At least I know several Dutch television programs that would be jealous of these kind of numbers ;)!
