Always take your valuables with you when you leave your seat or ask your friends and neighbors to watch your belongings. Secure the screen, computer and other valuable hardware with cables and computer security lock. Never leave your mobile phone and wallet on the table. The occasion makes the thief!
HARDWARE:
PC or Laptop with all cables.
Screen and associated cables.
Keyboard, mouse and mouse pad.
Headset or headphones
Network cable, about 10 – 15 metres is perfect.
Cable ties, secure your cables and keep all things tidy.
Duct Tape. What would the world be without it?
Mobile phone and charger.
Digital camera and camcorder. Send photos to your blog and videos on Youtube, a must!
Flashlight, find your stuff in the dark.
Computer security lock, cables and padlock. Secure your hardware!
SOFTWARE:
Installation CD / DVD / HD / USB for your operating system.
Games and Software.
Anti-virus software, be sure to have your security software and operating system updated before we go!
CLOTHES & SUCH:
Comfortable clothes and shoes for five days.
Towels.
Sleeping bag.
Sleeping pad or air mattress.
Pillows.
HYGIENE:
Toothbrush and toothpaste.
Shower Soap.
Hand Cream.
Shampoo.
Deodorant.
Headache Tablets.
Earplugs.
Any medications.

As long as your bankcard maestro compatible is, it should be no problem to use the atm at the venue
you can also use your bankcard to buy pc related stuff in the shop inside

Don’t (I repeat) DON’T leave your laptop/netbook behind when your going to sleep
Because in the morning its probably gone
a standard kensington lock will do fine because if they want to have your laptop they wil succeed
